Currently, it’s not possible in any of the Flash to HTML5 conversions tools (specifically Adobe Wallaby and Google Swiffy) to convert video.

The conversion tools cannot convert actionscript3 (Swiffy can handle actionscript2!) to javascript either. The conversion tools are developed to convert animation for now (both tools perform great). Hopefully these tools will improve as time goes by.
